"39 yr female patient presented in Delhi main hospital with c/o of goiter with hypothyroidism, MRI suggestive of multinodular goiter involving both lobe,
FNAC - only presence of follicular cells.
She was operated in Delhi Div. Hospital by Dr B.N Tiwary, Surgeon in Nov. 09
Surgery done was- Total thyroidectomy with preservation of parathyroid gland.
Post OP period was unevenful , no hypocalcemia.
HPE report was- Diffuse Lymhocytic Thyroiditis, intact total thyroid without parathyroid gland."

I just switched from synthetic to natural thyroid supplements . It is much better than what i was taking for the past year.
