MONTHLY MEETING FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2009

Monthly meeting for the month of June 2009, will be held on JUN 18
(THURSDAY) at 1400 hrs in the chamber of CMS / DLI



Come prepared with following information

1. List of rly employees who are in sicklist with you for more than
30 day (full details)
2. Total Man Days Loss on account of sickness for current and last month.
3. Position of desilting of septic tanks and sewer lines in your jurisdiction.

4. List of Pending D&AR cases ,and Vigilance cases with you.
5. status of Medical cards with family photograph registered at your
HU, with Progress report.
6. details of LP medicines for the current and last month.
7. details items purchased by LP Imprest for the current and last
month. Any problem regarding LP Imprest.
8. Vacancy position of staff, any demand of transfer or posting of
staff ,working under you.
9. Discussion onSwineflu will be held and come prepared for suggestions for monitoring the same in near future.
10. Sr.DMO /PNP should come prepared for discusion and arrangements for the coming Solar eclipse Mela being held on July 21,2009
11. Sr.DMO /H should prepare a detailed plan for monitoring the sanitation of stations and colonies.He should also submit a detailed review plan for station sanitation as per guidelines given by DRM/DLI . proposals for total contract sanaitation rather than the mixed departmental and private models being run at present may be prepared and ways to absorb the present safaiwals for other jobs may also be cosidered.
11.. Any other other problem or suggestion that you have or want to suggest.
