R/Sir, Some civil works pending for Health Unit Jind. 1. Renovation of doctors toilet attached to consultation room. 2. Roof replacement of store and Corridor as all other building renovated by engg dept three years back. There is lot diffculty for keeping records of Health Unit as store roof is very old and leaking.As now a day RTI cases are increasing.Due poor maintance of store, Records can be spoiled due dampness and leaking. 3.Very poor maintance of Health Unit lawn and not deputing staff (mali). 4.Artificial roof in doctors chambers. 5.Wall tiles in waiting hall up to six feet. 6.Single doors of Plywood with glass window and door closer for doctors chamber.
R/sir, As we are doing routine lab test form feb 2008. But till now no bill paid to lab due some reason. Original sanction letter is not send to acccount dept so they made objection to kindly link with sanction letter.kindly look in to the matter.
R/Sir, We are pursuing for AC instaltion in Health Unit Jind in Doctors chambers and in PME room for the last three years. As every time SrDEE assured us but no AC instaled till now.we have already given reminder three times in past. kindly look in to the matter.
Dr. Mehra, Your 'wishlists' have been forwarded to the CMS. Kindly follow up the things with concerned Departments. If you want any particular help from the office of CMS, please let us know.
