Dr Shashi As you are dealing court cases now a days & doing very hard work.I request you to kindly give some sugessions to us on this blog to avoid court cases.Also give trends of court cases now a days,weather of reimbursement,negligance etc so that every doctors should be more cautious in dealing that type of cases.
hello Dr Mehara, today i saw your comments as i was gone out of station on duty, today i joined the hospital and suggetion regarding court cases 1. we can prevent court cases of reimbursement if claim of reimbursement of employee is accepted. 2. when ever we are attending any patient in either OPD or any other call that time we should be very much concious and we should record each and every vitals parameters as well as any other positive finding so that we can attached that paper during case as annexures. 3. there should we similar finding if there is more than one doctor health unit and no contradictory finding on paper to avoid embrassing situation in court. 4. before reccomending claim of reimbursement we should follow the policy as circulated by rly bd. 5. in service matter cases our annexurs charges is not properly filled and signed and we loose the case and goes in favor of employee due to our negligence.
now a days trend of court cases is more or less of medical reimbursement.
