This is a very good attemt. We should make use of it as much as possible.But still Many of our doctors are not having official internt connections.our seniors and doctors who are not having broadband should purse the matter with concernsd officer. I also wants that our perpheral health unit should be provided better communication mode to decrease the communication gaps eg. Broad band in office ,computer for dispacery,cug phone to all class three staff(pharmacist nurse)as they are staff need to be in touch during emergacy)
1.Estimate for contract for removal of silt from sumpwell,grating chamber,sptic tanks,main holes and sewer line of ssb railway colony has been submitted on 18-9-08 at delhi.
2.The quotations for lab facility at health unit ssb has been vetted by sr.d.f.m./ndls last month. CMS/delhi is requested to look into the matter for further necessary action.
Subject: Permission to send patient to NRCH by arranging ambulance from pvt. party and to get the permission for the same.

One patient needed to be shifted to NRCH by road in ambulance .He is a case of head injury, I needed your permission to arrange for abulance and use imprest for the same.I tried to contact you but could not. all health unit incharges are requested to make a long term plan for their health units for improvements.These can be divided into different headslike 1.infrastructure improvements in sanitation-like sewer lines,water supply analysis,septic tanks not having proper outlets,criss-cross of water pipes-details of data on these must be compiled.PROPOSAL FOR LAYING OUT SEWER LINES INSTEAD OF SEPTIC TANKS SHOULD BE PREPARED JOINTLY WITH ENGINEERING DEPTT 2.equipment available,if out of order the period and steps being taken for repair; and required further like nebulizers,fridge,sterilizers,etc etc 3.Recognition of hospitals int heir areas needs proper details of facilities being offerred and rates as compared to CGHS Rates. 4.Problems being faced by the doctors should be analysed and taken up as challenges and solutions should be considered with an open mind-out of box thinking should be encouraged. 4.Cases of long sickness-if being delayed should be discussed telephonically and/or listing these on the blog and the reasons for delay may mentioned

Talking with my nearest Railway neighbour Dr.Man Singh, about the healthy HRA being deducted from our salaries, I realised today that many of us are living in accomodation way below our entitlement with no chance of an upgradation, as for doctors it is mandatory to live near the place of work at many HU's.Hence, we neither have the option of shifting to our own houses or move to better Railway accomodation. So, I am interested in learning if there is a provision for getting my glorified type-3 house masquerading as a type-4,upgraded to a type-5 spl or something suitably respectable as per my entitlement. Do share your thoughts and save me the trouble of conducting a research in the labyrynthine corridors of Engg. red tape. And maybe a collective effort should be launched to tackle the problem as there wil be many of us sailing in this sorry boat(saves me further trouble in tackling red tape -if I may say so, at the risk of sounding exteremely lazy). Even if you don't have any great suggestions,do at least remind me of the dubious benefits of my situation so that I may retain my sanity the next time I am stuck in the house with two boisterous kids and a German Shepherd who sheds like a tree in autumn. Sir, Mr Ragubir Singh, male ,age 35yrs, working as Asst loco pilot, was hit by a dsl engine at Okhla railway station on 10/10/08 at about 18.00hrs.He was rushed to AIIMS/trauma centre.There after necessary investigation, it was diagnosed as SUB ARACNOID HAEMORRHAGE,FRACTURE RIBS 8&9 RIBS right side.He was advised observation under neurosurgical department,but due to nonavailability of bed ,he was shifted to CH/NDLS.From there, he was shifted to Ram Manohar Lohia hospital for further management.He is at present in casualty.

I am putting my personal views on following matter for open discussion if found worth it. Most of the organised services in our country and elsewhere have got: 1)own logo specific to the services concerned. 2)own dress code both formal and semi formal 3)own flag and banner specific to the services.
The point is do we need to have the above three things specific to our services andd similar things under the the banner of our beloved cadre IRMS followed by DELHI DIVISION. You all r requested to put ypor views if you find my point worth discussing. THANX
