on 20/09/08
today some unwanted events occured in CMS/DLI chamber which i did not liked as i was not pointed to Dr A Gupta about his duty but i don't know with his misconception or deliberately said that i have no right to say any thing about his duty..........etc..
but we all are doing station sanitation and when i told this then he felt uncomfortable and the he commented to me........
i m more than two years seniors to him and i have not forgotten the protocol for my seniors.
i hope in future such type incidence will not occurred and he should not take it by heart as i was saying about general matters and duty not about dr gupta. whatever the duty of dr gupta i m not bothered but the same time we should not be affected by him
i am sorry but i request CMS/DLI to kindly see all the blogs by yourself personally and give your opinion and advise from your side. thanks.
I do agree with dr.shashi, we are working in a system where protocols must be srictly adhered to.Every one of us must give due respect to our seniors not only in terms of our internal feeling but in words and deeds too. In simple terms we must address our seniors by calling him SIR and MADAM and we must never call our seniours by name. I am sorry to comment but Dr. Arun gupta never call any one SIR except worthy CMS.He should follow the protocol and give due regard to his seniors even thosse seniors who are just a year or so senior to him.
I requst one more head should be created for worthy CMS/DLI and all comments pertaning to him must be posted there as with passing time this blog is going to grow in size and the need for this column will be felt at that time.
thanks

Dr.daisy Rani/ssb you are not using blog. As cms has said every doctor must use this blog for better communication and sharing information.
Since 2007, we at the periphery have been trying to encourage our patients to accept referrals to DLI/Main instead of NRCH for available facilities. It would be a great help if the OPD days, timings & room nos. of the specialists are posted on the blog so that we can guide our patients better.
Updates regarding unavailability of a specialist due to leave or other engagements may also be posted so that patients do not make futile trips which increases their reluctance to accept subsequent referrals to DLI main E.g. Knowing that Dr.D.Agarwal is busy with the festival rush duties helped us in sending urgent ENT patients to NRCH during this period.
With a little bit of effort we can enhance the image of our hospital amongst the people.
smt.Anju rawat has applied for child care leave w.e.f.01-12-08 to 30-06-09 for looking after her chid. CMS/delhi is requested to post a regular pharmacist if she is given CCL as there is very heavy OPD in health unit ssb.
sir,
mr dhupsingh hospital attendent retired on 30/11/08.
it is requested to kindly depute one attendent immediately at hu/tkd.
you are requested to discuss the issue with Sr. DMO/ Admn when you come for monthly meeting and apprise CMS.
