The sanitation of Jind Station is transferd to SS Jind as per letter of GM.Also an Imprest ( sanitation ) sanctioned to SS of rs 10000.As there is not any post of HI specialy for staion at jind,how the sanitation of station will be managed in future. 2. ther is a vacancy of 12 safaiwal at jind. kindly post safai-wala at the earliet. Total Sanctioned S/W 46 including 2 jamadr.
Dr. Mehra the sanitation of station has not been transferred to SS. He has been incorporated into the chain of command.
A post of HI for JHI Station has been created. As for 12 vacancies please process a proposal for outsourcing the Station Sanitation against these vacacncies.

Our station has been categorised in B1. Can we initiate a proposal for rag picking. 3. as tou have already prepared rag picking proposal for delhi station so mail me this proposal also.
To CMS/Delhi Sh. dharam pal Jamadar/sanitation under CHI/SSB has retired on 30-09-08 on superannuation. CMS/Delhi is rquested to post one Jamadar against his vacancy as early as possible for smooth working.
There are four post of safaiwala lying vacant under CHI.SSB for long time . CMS/Delhi is requested to fillup these vacant posts as early as possible to avoid sanitation complaints.

DR.Man Singh Sir, It would be better if the frequency of the CHI's visits could be increased to twice a week on Wed. & Sat. so that in case of any conflicting commitments he is unable to come on the fixed day ,still one visit to the colony is made. Further ,I would request you to get the schedule noted by the CHI to ensure compliance as well increase his accountability. I have also started maintaining an inspection register so that the CHI signs in every visit. You are free to cross-check the register at any time . Regards, Namita
